A woman from south London says she was left shocked and embarrassed after she was asked to change her hairstyle to get a job. 

Simone Powderly had braids in her hair when she went for an interview at a recruitment agency and says she was told they weren't suitable when selling "high end" products. Tarah Welsh speaks to Simone,
