Video: DIY All Natural Deodorant (Vegan)

Ismail oubarka | 9:53 AM

In my new video below I show you how to make your own all natural deodorant and discuss why non natural deodorants are so dangerous, plus tips on how to switch over successfully. Before you start using your all natural deodorant start taking Chlorophyll (internal body deodorant) which I left a link for below and give your armpits at least 1-2 weeks to detox with the Arm Pit Detox recipe, it can help your body get back to it’s natural state of clean perspiration faster. It will flush out the old bacteria and chemical residue and DIY all natural deodorants will work better for you!  To everyone who has had bad experiences with natural deodorants because they were left with stinky pits and  gave up on making the switch, pleeeease try again!

A lovely woman reached out to me on Instagram asking me if I could do a tutorial on homemade deodorant because during her last doctors visit they had discovered a lump in her armpits, so I made it a priority!

Deodorants can be among the most toxic skin care products on the market. Commercial deodorants often contain toxic ingredients such as aluminum and parabens. Parabens are found in 99 percent of breast cancer tissues, for example. – See research here

I’ve researched the top all natural ingredients that would be best for odor and wetness protection. I also researched how to deal with body odor naturally for those of you who are like me and need extra help in that area, especially during the hotter months.

Tips:
- Take chlorophyll to decrease body odor (here is the one I take). Chlorophyll has many health benefits and is known as the internal deodorant which helps with underarm odors, bad breath and other embarrassing body odors.
- give your armpits at least 1-2 weeks to detox with the Arm Pit Detox recipe, it can help your body get back to it’s natural state of clean perspiration faster. It will flush out the old bacteria and chemical residue and DIY all natural deodorants will work better for you!
- You can give your underarms an extra dose of magnesium oil which will also keep odor at bay. Some people experience tingling for the first few applications
- Give your body a few weeks to adjust. Remember your body and glands are use to chemicals stopping toxins from being released so they need time to adjust.
