Try This Manifestation Technique to Easily Attract What You Desire.

Although I've been aware of the Law of Attraction for over a decade, I've only really put it into daily practice fairly recently.  If you study the principles of LOA, you're pretty aware that there are several techniques that most people utilize.

I'm sure that many of you are familiar with vision boards, journaling, visualization, etc.  All of those techniques can create decent results, but I'm here to introduce you to a specific method that I've used successfully for a while now.  It works so well that it's become my primary LAO strategy.  Hopefully, this method will produce spectacular results for you as well.
As far as I know, this method isn't widely known.  As a matter of fact, I think that I may have developed it on a whim.  I remember implementing this technique during a time when there was a lot of anxiety and uncertainty in my life.  I found myself thinking a lot about what was going wrong.  In doing so, I realized that I was filling myself up with negative emotions.

Carrying around negative emotions is extremely counterproductive.  Especially if you want to experience a result that's completely different from your current reality.  It's hard to take your focus from everything that's going wrong in order to attract that which you desire.

My technique will help turn everything around.

To focus my attention on what I'd like to attract, I make a mental (or written) list of everything that I'm looking forward to.

Here's the key:  The list must include both things that are certain to take place along with that which I wish to create.

Let me explain....

While I'm washing dishes or doing something mundane, I'll ask myself "what am I looking forward to?"

Then I'll start to rattle off a list of everything that I can't wait to experience.  At least 75% of the list must comprise of things that will absolutely take place in the near future.   I then sprinkle a few items that I want to experience via the law of attraction.

If I were to create a list right now, it would look something like this.

What am I looking forward to?
- "I can't wait to get my shipment of purchases from Amazon."
- "I'm looking forward to experiencing beautiful weather this coming weekend."
- "I'm excited to visit my mom on Wednesday."
- "I'm really looking forward to taking a long bath on Friday."
- I can't wait to binge-watch my favorite shows this weekend
-I'm looking forward to being able to have brunch with friends again.

This list represents a few things that I'm certain will take place in the near future.  I try to make the list as long as possible.  The longer, the better.

Next, I include some intentions that I'm also looking forward to experiencing.
-I can't wait to fit into a size "x" pair of jeans.
-I'm looking forward to having "x" amount of money in the bank.
- I'll be so happy to enjoy my updated back yard.
- I'm so excited to enjoy my new dining room chairs.
-I'm looking forward to being able to travel to "x" next year.

When I do this exercise in real-time, I try not to separate the certain from the uncertain.  The goal is to treat everything on the list as if they will all take place in the not too distant future.  This increases the believability potential to the intentions included as a part of the list.  Another important aspect of this exercise is to get excited about everything included on the list ( both the certain and the desired).  It's super important to include your feelings and emotions in this experience. Try to generate the same level of anticipation and excitement about your package from Amazon as the intention you wish to experience.

Why do I believe this exercise works?  Because it incorporates multiple elements of the Law of Attraction into one simple process.  You can visualize yourself experiencing it because it's so close to happening.  You incorporate positive emotions.  You can express gratitude for all the good things in your life that you're looking forward to.  You are practicing positive affirmations. You're removing resistance. You're doing it all!

As I repeat this exercise over and over again, I realize that some of my intentions happen without much effort.  Perhaps this is because I expected them to happen in the same effortless way as the other items on my list.

Give it a try.  It only takes a few minutes and can easily be added to a daily routine. You have absolutely nothing to lose and everything to gain.
