A while ago, I attended a women's empowerment seminar. The person leading the event dedicated an entire segment to the power of journaling for manifestation. To further convince us of the effectiveness of this practice, she invited several of her students up to share testimonies of how journaling produced amazing outcomes in their lives.
Hearing their incredible stories inspired me to start keeping my own manifestation journal. Because I didn't purchase her journalling course with step by step instructions on how to journal for success, I kinda winged it.
My idea was to practice journaling current manifestations as they happen in real-time. Along with that, I planned writing out future manifestations in the present tense to help generate feelings of already achieving what I want.
It was a great plan....but I wasn't consistent. Eventually, I stopped journaling altogether.
But here's the good news, this year I developed a modified journaling routine to one that I could actually maintain. So far, it's working beautifully and I can't wait to share the process with you.
Journaling for manifestation didn't work for me because I wasn't someone who routinely wrote in a journal. It was completely outside of my normal behavior so it required extra effort to infuse it into my daily life. If I wanted this journaling process to make a real impact, it had to be done on a regular basis.
At the start of 2020, I had an idea. What if I modified the process to one that I knew I could maintain? That's when the Manifestation Log idea suddenly appeared. What's a Manifestation Log? Basically, it's a very simple spreadsheet that I use to keep track of my intentions for the year along with each manifestation that comes to fruition. The log is divided by month. I started on January 1 and so far, I've already documented 14 manifestations in the first half of January!
Here's what cool about my Manifestation Logsheet:
1. It takes me seconds to add updates.
2. Unlike journals, I can read through all of my entries in a couple of minutes.
3. Every time something wonderful happens, I quickly rush to my manifestation spreadsheet to document the victory.
4. Whenever I feel like things aren't going well, I just review all the amazing things that have happened and suddenly my mood is lifted.
If you're goal-oriented individual, you may often place your focus on goals that you haven't reached yet instead of basking in the glow of what you've received. This manifestation log allows you to do both! Since maintaining this log, I've been able to manifest outcomes that I wasn't even asking for. Like, for instance, my brand Beautifully Bamboo got a mention in Essence. How awesome s that!? I've also attracted a few financial manifestations as well. None of these outcomes were on my original list of intentions. They just happened as a result of the process. Sometimes we put all of our focus attention on the list of things that haven't happened yet without realizing that many other desired outcomes are possible.
This manifestation log is the best thing that ever happened to me. Each day I wake up with giddy anticipation of what else is in store. It's a great tool to keep you in a constant state of gratitude. When I'm bored, I mentally review the list of all the awesome things that have happened so far which only raises my vibration even more! This higher vibration helps attract new outcomes and experiences which keeps the cycle of manifestation going strong.
If you love to journal, writing about your manifestations is probably one of the most powerful things you can do. But, if journaling isn't your forte, find a way to keep a visual list of every wonderful thing that you are blessed with. You can write them on Post-Its and stick them on a wall. You can keep a list in your fridge, whatever. Just make sure you look at it regularly and use it as fuel to attract even more amazing results in your life.
